麝香保心丸治疗冠心病合并转氨酶升高的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating coronary heart disease and high level of transaminases with Shexiang Baoxin pill

目的:探讨麝香保心丸对因肝功能异常,停服他汀类药物的冠心病患者的治疗疗效。方法:连续入选100例冠心病患者,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)均大于120u/L,均停服他汀类药物;随机分两组,各50例,治疗组加用麝香保心丸口服,2丸/次(每丸22.5mg),3次/d,持续6个月的治疗;其余治疗两组相同;观察各组治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者血脂,心电图及临床效果明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:转氨酶升高的冠心病患者停用他汀类药物给予麝香保心丸治疗效果肯定。

Objective：To observe the effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill to treat coronary heart disease with high level of transaminases.Methods：100 patients with CHD that have stoped taking statins were continually enrolled in this study,whoes cereal third transaminase（ALT）are more than 120u/L;It is randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The treatment group take the Shexiang Baoxin pill,2 pills/time（each pill22.5mg）,3 times/d,continuing for at least 6 months.Observe the treatment effect.Results the treatment group patientsblood fat,electrocardiogram and clinical effect is much better than control group,statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion;Shexiang Baoxin pill has the function to treating coronary heart disease with high level of transaminases.
