活性染料对竹/棉/麻混纺纱染色的研究

Dyeing Bamboo/Cotton/Ramie Blended Yarns with Reactive Dyes

使用活性染料对竹/棉/麻混纺纱进行染色,并测定其吸色率。通过单因素法测定了染料用量、食盐、纯碱、浴比、固色时间对染色的影响,得到了竹/棉/麻混纺纱用活性染料染色的最佳工艺。即:活性染料2.3%(o.m.f),氯化钠质量浓度70g/L,碳酸钠质量浓度22g/L,90℃固色45min,浴比1:40。

Dyeing of bamboo/cotton/ramie blended yams with reactive dyes is performed,and the dye-uptake rate is tested.Single factor analysis is used to examine the effects of dyes amount,sodium chloride,sodium carbonate,liquor ratio and fixation time of the dyeing,and the optimum dyeing process conditions are as follows:reactive dyes 2.3%(owf),sodium chloride 70g/L,sodium carbonate 22g/L,liquor ratio 1:40,fixing at 90℃ for 45 minutes.
