摘要
本文对棉织物退煮漂一浴用配套助剂进行了研究,通过正交试验,确定该助剂的最佳复配处方为:特殊氧化物51.4%,纯碱24.3%,硅酸钠17%,螯合分散剂(L-1000)7.3%。该助剂和双氧水同浴对棉织物进行连续轧蒸前处理,完全脱离了传统的碱氧前处理,大大缩短了前处理时间,而且可达到与传统碱氧工艺相近的处理效果。
This paper studies Auxiliary KX-10 specifically for one-bath desizing/boiling/bleaching of cotton fabrics with orthogonal test and the best compounding formula is determined:special oxide 51.4%,soda ash 24.3%,sodium silicate 17% and chelating dispersant(L-1000) 7.3%.One-bath pretreatment of cotton fabrics with KX-10 and hydrogen peroxide by continuous padding and steaming is completely different from the traditional alkali-hydrogen peroxide pretreatment,which has greatly shortened the processing time while achieving similar results of the traditional one.
