摘要
通过自制规模 2 5 L深井曝光设备对屠宰废水进行处理 ,试验结果表明 ,在最佳操作条件下 ,曝气8h,COD平均去除率可达 82 .83% ,BOD平均去除率可达 81.0 9% ,悬浮物平均去除率可达 85 .2 0 % ,动植物油平均去除率可达 94.5 4%。出水水质可以达到肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准 GB134 5 7- 92的三级标准。而处理费用经估算仅 0 .15元 /m3。
With self-manufacture 25L deep well aeration equipment for treating slaughter-house wastewater,experimental results show,in the optimum condition of 8h aeration,average removal rates are COD 85.84%,BOD82.84%,SS 90.26% and animal-plant oil 94.54% respectively.The effluent water could comply with the third grade in “Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Meat Packing Industry”(GB13457-92).Meanwhile,the treatment cost estimated only is 0.15 Yuan/M 3 so that it is a high-efficiency and low-cost treatment method for slaughter-house waste water.
