黄连阿胶汤加减辅以耳穴贴敷治疗卒中后失眠症84例临床观察研究

Clinical observation on treating 84 cases of post-stroke insomnia with the Huanglian Ejiao decoction plus ear sticking

目的:观察黄连阿胶汤加减辅以耳穴贴敷治疗卒中后失眠症临床疗效。方法:将84例卒中后失眠症患者随机分为两组,治疗组予黄连阿胶汤加减辅以耳穴贴敷治疗,对照组予地西泮片口服。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:黄连阿胶汤加减辅以耳穴贴敷治疗卒中后失眠疗效更加满意。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the Huanglian Ejiao decoction plus ear sticking on treating post-stroke insomnia.Methods：84 cases of post-stroke patients with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was given the Huanglian Ejiao decoction plus ear sticking for treatment,and the control group was given diazepam tablet.Results：The treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion：The Huanglian Ejiao decoction plus ear sticking have a good efficacy on treating post-stroke insomnia.
