中西医结合治疗86例高血压的临床研究

Clinical research on treating 86 cases of hypertension in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨与分析中西医结合治疗86例高血压的临床疗效。方法:将86例高血压患者随机分为两组,对照组43例仅口服卡托普利片,治疗组43例在对照组的基础上加服自拟中药方剂,并根据患者体质相加减。结果:治疗组总治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组血脂及血液流变学总有效率90.7%,但是对照组却无明显改变。结论:中西医结合治疗高血压能够同时发挥中西医的优势,达到最佳的降压疗效。

Objective：To analyze clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating hypertension.Methods：86 case of patients were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in the control group were given oral captopril;The treated group was given Chinese herbs besides.Results：The total efficacy was higher in the treated group（P0.05）.The total efficacy of blood rheology was 90.7% in the treated group;The control group was no detectable change.Conclusion：Integrative medicine was effective in treating hypertension.
