冠心病合并2型糖尿病的临床诊治分析

Clinical analysis of coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes

目的:探讨冠心病合并2型糖尿病的临床药物诊治效果。方法:选择我院2008年～2010年收治的冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者64例,按照入院日期,分为2组,每组各32例,两组患者在常规给予降糖、降脂治疗基础上,观察组给予滋阴活血方,对照组给予常规硝酸酯类药物治疗,疗程为4周,观察并记录治疗前后血糖、血脂、血液流变学改变和临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组在高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、全血黏度和纤维蛋白原方面显著好于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前后两组血糖变化无统计学差异,观察组治疗后总有效率84.4%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药滋阴活血方能显著降低患者血脂、保护血管内皮,适用于冠心病合并2型糖尿病的临床诊治。

Objective：To discuss effects of clinical medicine of coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes.Methods：64 cases were divided into 2 groups according to the date of admission,32 for each.Hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering therapy was given in both groups,Ziyin Huoxue recipe was given to the observation group besides;Conventional nitrates was given to the control group besides,4 weeks a course.Results：The observation group was better in high-density lipoprotein,LDL,whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen（P0.05）,blood glucose changes was no significant difference in the 2 groups before and after treatment,the total efficiency was 84.4% in the observation group,higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Ziyin Huoxue recipe was effective in treating coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
