旋覆代赭汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎30例

Treating 30 cases of bile reflux gastritis with the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction

目的:观察旋覆代赭汤加减对治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法:将60例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用中药旋覆代赭汤加减治疗,对照组采用口服西药治疗。结果:经1个疗程治疗后,治疗组临床治愈16例,好转12例,未愈2例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组分别为临床治愈12例,好转10例,未愈8例,总有效率为73.3%。治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(x2=4.32,P<0.05)。

Objective：To observe the effects of the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction in treating bile reflux gastritis.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into the treated group（30 cases）and the control group,the treated group was treated with the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction,the control group was treated with western medicine.Results：After a course of treatment,in the treated group,16 patients were cured,12 cases were improved,unhealed in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.3%;In the control group,12 cases were cured,improved in 10 cases,unhealed in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 73.3%.The total effective rate in the treated was higher,differences were significant（x2=4.32,P0.05）.
