摘要
成立评估项目组,采用社会问卷调查、专题访谈与典型案例分析相结合的方法,对浙江省长江流域防护林体系工程进行建设成效评价。结果表明,浙江省长防林体系建设工程总完成率为118.1%;长防林工程实施20 a来,生态效益、社会效益、经济效益均有显著增加。
An evaluation team was established for the program of protective forest construction in Changjiang River basin（in Zhejiang province）. Questionnaires, discussions and typical cases were used for analysis. The result showed that the program in the province achieved 118.1% of the total one. Ecological, social and economic benefit has increased evidently after 20 years construction of the program.
