摘要
水平连铸TP2紫铜管是铸轧法生产优质空调管坯的第一步工艺。依据对铸造理论的铸造温度、铸造速度和冷却强度三要素工艺研究,结合科尔摩根伺服系统特性,优化设计出水平连铸TP2铜管坯新拉铸工艺程序。
The horizontal continuous casting of TP2 copper tube is the first craft of producing high quality air-conditioner tube blanks with roll-casting process.Based on the process research of the three essential factors of casting theory,which including the casting temperature,casting speed and cooling intensity,combined with the characteristics of the Kollmorgen servo system,this article optimally designs the new cast-drawing process program for the horizontal continuous casting of TP2 copper tube.
