Pay close attention to the changes of international cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines and improve the success rate of resuscitation

美国心脏协会于2010年10月发表了新的小儿心肺复苏与心血管急救指南，其中最重要的变化是将心肺复苏的程序从“ABC”更改为“CAB”，作为儿科医生应正确理解指南变更的背景和意义，根据不同地点、不同情况、不同对象给予最佳的、最合理的救治措施，以提高复苏成功率。

The American Heart Association published a new guideline for cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Oct 2010. One of the most important recommendations is the sequence change of cardiopulmonary resuscitation from ABC to CAB. As pediatrician, we should understand the background of these changes, and give the most reasonable treatment to improve the success rate of resuscitation according to the different locations, different circumstances and different objects.
