静脉肾盂造影检查患者及亲属签字心理反应的研究

Investigation on psychological reaction of patients with intravenous pyelography examination and family members during the course of signing

目的调查静脉肾盂造影检查前患者及亲属签字的心理反应情况,为实施舒适心理护理提供理论依据。方法自制调查表和采用状态-特质焦虑量表分别调查患者及亲属对签字规范的知晓率和态度,调查患者及亲属因检查前签字所产生的状态焦虑情况,并对患者及亲属实施舒适心理护理。结果 60.3%的患者希望自己亲自参与检查前谈话和签字,而75.9%亲属不希望患者亲自签字,希望代签;患者及亲属均会因检查前签字产生一定程度的状态焦虑。结论要尊重患者自主签字权,重视患者亲属因检查前签字所产生的状态焦虑,要为患者及亲属同时提供个性化舒适心理护理,确保检查顺利完成。

Objective To investigate the psychological reaction of patients with intravenous pyelography examina-tion and family members during the course of signing,and then support comfortable nursing.Methods The psychological reaction of 315 patients with intravenous pyelography examination and 315 family members during the course of signing was investigated by State-Trait Anxiety Inventory（STAI）.The sign normative knowledge level and attitude of patients and family members were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results 60.3% patients expected to participate in the inspection of conversation and signature,while 75.9% their family members did not expect patients to join conversation and signature and wanted to substitute patients signing.The STAI scores of these patients and their family members were significantly higher than the normal people.Conclusion Respecting the own signature of patients,pay attention to the state anxiety of patients with intravenous pyelography examination and family members during the course of signing,while providing personalized and comfortable psychological nursing for patients.
