欠发达地区返乡农民工创业能力评价及比较——基于陕西省、四川省的问卷调查

Comparison on entrepreneurial capability of migrant workers in underdeveloped areas——Taking Shaanxi and Sichuan as an example

在借鉴Deb Markley测试表的基础上设计了反映返乡农民工创业能力的16个指标,提取了人际资源性、创新性、竞争性、坚韧性、风险承受性等5个因子,以陕西省和四川省返乡农民工的创业能力问卷调查为样本数据,对欠发达地区返乡农民工创业能力进行了比较研究。结果显示:欠发达地区返乡农民工创业能力总体呈正态分布,处于一般水平的比重最多,其次是较强水平和较差水平,而能力很强和能力很差的都很少。陕西省创业能力一般、较差和很差水平的比例均高于四川省,四川省创业能力很强和较强的水平比例高于陕西省。

Based on Deb Markley test table,16 indicators which reflected the entrepreneurial ability of the returning migrant workers were designed,from which 5 factors including human resources,innovation,competition,tenacity,the torrent of the risk were extracted.Taking entrepreneurial ability questionnaires of Shaanxi province and Sichuan province as the sample data,we compared the entrepreneurial capability of migrant workers in underdeveloped areas.The results showed that entrepreneurial capability of migrant workers in underdeveloped areas was normal distribution,the general level of proportion was the most,followed by a stronger level and poor level,while the ability of very strong and very poor was very little.The proportion of the level in general,poor,very poor in Shaanxi province was higher than in Sichuan province,the proportion of the strongest and stronger level in Sichuan province was higher than Shaanxi.
