摘要
采用生物实验法研究了苦豆子水浸液对牧草、蔬菜和粮食作物种子的化感效应,结果显示,美国籽粒苋和雪里蕻对苦豆子化感作用非常敏感,在低浓度(0.0250 g/mL)水浸液中已经受到强烈抑制;而黄瓜、高粱和小麦对化感作用则有较好的耐受性,在高浓度苦豆子水浸液中仍保持有较高的发芽率。苦豆子根部水浸液的化感作用要低于茎叶部分。
In this study,a bioassay method was used to detect the allelopathy of different concentration extracts of Sophora alopecuroides L.on germination and seedling growth of several kinds of pastures,vegetables and grains.The results showed that Amararanthus paniculatus and Brassica juncea were inhibited at 0.0250 g/mL clearly.Cucumis sativus L.,Scrghum vulgare Pers.,Triticum aestirum L.had great anti-interference and seeds had high germination rate at high level of concentration.The allelopathic effects of Sophora alopecuroides L.leaves and branches was stronger than roots.
