不同基质对锦绣苋扦插繁殖的影响

Propagation effects of different substrates on the cutting of Alternanthera bettzickiana

测定了5种不同配比基质﹝100%泥炭土(CK)、1/2泥炭土+1/2田园土(A1)、1/2泥炭土+1/2珍珠岩(A2)、1/3泥炭土+1/3珍珠岩+1/3田园土(A3)、1/3泥炭土+1/3珍珠岩+1/3河沙(A4),均按体积比﹞的理化性状,研究了不同基质对锦绣苋扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明,5种基质中锦绣苋插穗成活率均达96%以上;基质A1对增加锦绣苋插穗的分枝数、叶片数、根数及根重较好,与对照相比分别高出30.56%、24.56%、7.46%、33.33%;隶属函数分析也表明,基质A1最适合锦绣苋的扦插繁殖;锦绣苋插穗属于易生根类型中的皮部生根型。

The experiment studied the propagation effects of 5 different proportions of substrates﹝100% peat（CK）,1/2 peat ＋1/2 garden soil（A1）,1/2 peat＋1/2 perlite（A2）,1/3 peat＋1/3 perlite＋1/3 garden soil（A3）,1/3 peat＋1/3 perlite＋1/3 sand（A4）,by volume ratio﹞on the cutting of Alternanthera bettzickiana,simultaneously.The physicochemical properties of 5 different substrates and the survival rate,rooting rate,root length,leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness and number of branches of cuttings in different substrates were measured.The results showed that the survival rate of cuttings were more than 96% in 5 different proportions of substrates.Compared with the control,the branch number,leaf number,root number and root weight of Alternanthera bettzickiana could be improved by 30.56%,24.56%,7.46% and 33.33%,respectively by A1 treatment.Membership function analysis also showed that A1 was the best substrates.The cutting of Alternanthera bettzickiana was belonged to department of easy to root type.
