废电池对蚯蚓体内可溶性蛋白和SOD活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用蚯蚓毒性试验方法,以赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)为试验蚓种,研究土壤中废电池对蚯蚓超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:随着污染时间的延长,蚯蚓体内组织的SOD活性先增大后降低,呈现出抛物线型暴露时间-胁迫效应的相关关系;在一定暴露时间内,随着废电池浓度的增加,SOD活性呈抛物线型剂量-效应相关关系;蚯蚓体内的可溶性蛋白含量随着废电池污染浓度的增加及污染时间的延长均呈现下降趋势。蚯蚓体内可溶性蛋白和SOD活性对废电池污染产生了不同的响应,蚯蚓体内的SOD对环境污染比较敏感。 Using earthworm toxicity test method, this paper studied the influence of used batteries on SOD and soluble protein in earthworms (Eisenia foetida) under pot experiment. The results indicated that, the activeness of SOD at beginning increased and then decreased along with the experimental process. In this experimental process, the curve between the exposed concentration of used batteries in the test soil and the activeness of earthworm SOD presented the parabola time-effect relationship. In certain exposure time, with the increasing of the concentration of used batteries in the test soil, the activeness of SOD presented the parabola dosage-effect relationship. With the increasing of the concentration of used batteries in the test soil, and pollution time extension, the content of earthworm soluble protein decreased. Soluble protein and SOD in earthworms on pollution of the used batteries produced different responses, SOD in earthworms is sensitive to the environmental pollution.
