摘要
耐辐射奇球菌是地球上目前发现的最耐辐射的生物之一,它对于电离辐射、紫外线、H2O2以及其他一些因素所导致的DNA和蛋白质的损伤都具有极强的耐受与抵抗能力。目前已知耐辐射奇球菌的高效DNA损伤修复能力是其具有超强辐射抗性的关键,但是对于该修复能力的具体作用机制,目前尚未有定论。本工作将就耐辐射奇球菌DNA辐射损伤修复主要机制研究进展作一综述。
Deinococcus radiodurans is one of the most radiation-resistant organisms on Earth as it has strong resistance to the DNA and protein damage induced by ionizing radiation, ultraviolet rays, H2O2 and other damage factors. It has known that the efficient DNA repair capacity is the key to this superior radiation resistance though the detailed mechanism is still poorly understood. In this paper the mechanism dealing with radiation damage and repair in resent research will be reviewed.
