磷系共聚阻燃涤纶(ST-PET)短纤维生产工艺

THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF PHOSPHORUS - CONTAINING FLAME-RETARDANT COPOLYESTER (ST-PET) STAPLE FIBER

探讨了以磷系共聚阻燃切片纺制阻燃涤纶短纤维的生产工艺。与常规短纤生产工艺相比,预结晶、干燥的温度及时间,纺丝、拉伸、定型温度,拉伸倍数及配比,纤维上油量都应作适当调整。经纺丝实验,此工艺合理,可进入工业化规模生产。

In this paper, the process of the phosphorus-containing flame-retardant staple fiber made from ST-PET chips was discussed. In contrast with the ordinary staple fiber, the temperature of drying, spinning, drawing and setting, the drawing ratio and its distribution as well as the oil content should be adjusted when producing ST-PET stape fiber.
