摘要
对110dtex/36f涤纶远红外高弹丝的生产工艺,特别是纺丝及后拉伸工艺的控制作了介绍,提出选择适宜的纺丝温度,减缓冷却吹风条件,适量降低螺杆压力,提高油剂浓度,增大含油率,有助于稳定生产,提高纤维的内在质量。
The production processes for 110dtex/36f PET far-infrared stretch yam, specially the spinning and post drawing process, are introduced. It has been put forward that taking effective measures, such as selecting the proper spinning temperature, lowing quenching condition,reducing extruder screw pressure properly, increasing oil content, are necessary for stabilizing the production and improving the filament yam quality.
