摘要
随着2011—2012 CBA赛季的开幕,国内职业篮球俱乐部从NBA引进了大量外援,这对CBA的发展及影响力的扩大起到了巨大的推动作用,但也带来了一系列问题.如何管理这些外援的生活、训练及比赛,是摆在各俱乐部面前的一大难题.通过对国内俱乐部的管理模式与NBA俱乐部的管理模式的对比分析,寻找解决之道.
With the opening of 2011—2012 Season of CBA,the domestic professional basketball clubs introduce a large number of foreign aids from NBA,which plays a very important role in the development and expansion of influence of CBA,but also brings about a series of problems.How to manage the life,training and game of these foreign aids becomes a difficult problem for each club.By contrast analysis on management mode of domestic club and NBA,the research to solve the problems is carried out.
