摘要
就提高钒钛铁精矿配比对攀钢钒钛烧结矿冶金性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:钒钛铁精矿配比从46%提高到52%,钒钛烧结矿的FeO含量升高,低温还原粉化率降低,中温还原度降低,软化开始、压差陡升和滴落温度均升高,最大压差升高。本结果可为钒钛铁精矿烧结合理配矿提供指导。
The infldence of vanadium titano-magnetite concentrate proportion on metallurgical properties of V-Ti hearing sinter was studied. The results indicate that when vanadium titano-magnetite concentrate proportion increases from 46% to 52% ,the content of FeO in the V-Ti hearing sinter increases, the low temperature reduction degradation index reduces, the medium temperature reduction degree decreases, the softening starting temperuture, the temperuture of sharp pressure difference rise and the dropping temperature all rise, and the maximum pressure difference increases. The result can be provided as a guidance for the reasonable proportioning of vanadium titano-magnetite concentrate sintering.
