摘要 邯钢Ⅱ期球团通过采取了多项降低工序能耗的措施,包括:热工控制技术攻关、设备改造、优化生产组织等,取得了良好效果。与2010年相比,球团工序能耗降低2.95 kgce/t,达到21.10 kgce/t,名列国内同类可比机型前茅。 Many measures of reducing process energy consumption were taken for Hansteel phase two pelletizing project, including research of thermal control technology, equipment reconstruction and production organization optimization etc, and good effect was achieved. Compared with year 2010, the pelletizing process energy consumption is 21.10 kgce/t, which is 2.95 kgce/t lower,and the energy saving effect ranks among the first for the same comparable domestic equipment.
