摘要
以Autoform为CAE分析平台,针对某车型车门外板手扣下部的开裂问题进行了模拟分析,得到了满足设计要求、工艺要求的产品优化参数;把CAE分析结果与试制产品及量产产品的状态进行对比,发现分析结果和产品实际状态吻合较好。实验表明,在产品设计阶段引入CAE分析,可以有效减少产品的设计缺陷及提高产品的工艺可行性,达到提高工作效率、缩短产品开发周期的目的。
Using Autoform software as analysis platform, the cracking problem of the door outer handle area was simu- lated, the optimal parameters suited for the design needs and met the requirements of stamping technology were ob- tained which were applied on the product designing. Then the results of CAE. Try-out and MP were contrasted, and the conclusion was very well. The results show that CAE analysis in the stage of design is useful to enhance the design quality of the products, improve the processing feasibility, which achieves the aims of higher work efficiency and shor- ter research cycle.
