摘要
温度控制系统是PID控制方式中最为典型的应用,由广义对象和调节器构成,其控制质量的决定性因素是被控对象的动态特性,与此相比其他都是次要的。当系统安装好后,系统能否在最佳状态下工作,主要取决于调节器各参数的设置是否得当。本文以锻造压机中油箱的温度控制系统为例,介绍了其PI调节器参数的整定方法。
Temperature control system, which is formed by the generalized object and the regulator, is the most typical application of PID control modes. The critical factor of the control quality is the dynamic feature of the controlled ob- ject. Compared with this, the others are secondary. When the system is installed, the system can work in the best condition, mainly determined by which parameters of the regulator are set properly. Taking the tank's temperature con- trol system of the forging press as an example, the tuning method of PI regulator parameters was described.
