摘要
利用DMSO作反应介质,进行对硝基甲苯-2-磺酸钠的氧化缩合,制备了4,4′-二硝基芪-2,2′-二磺酸钠。研究了金属盐催化剂、碱及各种工艺条件对反应的影响。结果表明,采用该工艺在较佳条件下反应,制得产品纯度和收率分别可达98％以上和94.5～98％。
The title compound has been prepared by oxidative dimerigation of p - nitrotoluene - 2 - sulfonic acid sodium salt in DMSO medium. The effects of catalysts, bases and technical conditions on the reaction were investigated. It is shown that, by using this method and the optimum conditions, the purity and the yield of the product can come up to 98 % and 94.5%-98% , respectively.
