摘要
本文用国内印染业习用的低温型和高温型三原色分散染料对超细涤纶和超细绵纶染色,研究了两组染料对两种纤维的温度-上染量曲线,并对样品进行了色差分析。结果表明,高温型三原色分散染料可用于涤/锦复合丝织物的染色,而低温型三原色分散染料因对两种纤维的上染率相差较大,且色差较大,不宜用于涤/锦复合丝织物的染色。
The dyeing of superfine PET and PAG fibers with trichromatic disperse dyes were discussed in this paper. The temperature - dye uptake curves of the two set dyes by the fwo fibers and the color difference of the colored samples were analysed. The results show that the high-temperature type dyes can be used for dyeing of PET/PA6 bicomponent, compared with the low-temperature dye set.
