摘要
目的制备甘草酸单铵乙醇脂质体凝胶,并研究其对小鼠湿疹疗效。方法注入法制备甘草酸单铵乙醇脂质体,考察其形态、粒径分布、Zeta电位、包封率及其凝胶离体透皮试验;考察湿疹小鼠耳朵肿胀程度及质量变化,HE染色观察右耳病理变化。结果甘草酸单铵乙醇脂质体为球状小囊泡,平均粒径为(134±11.8)nm,Zeta电位为-7.10 mV,包封率为(79.59±7.06)%;甘草酸单铵乙醇脂质体凝胶能增加甘草酸单铵在小鼠皮肤渗透速率;甘草酸单铵乙醇脂质体凝胶能减弱小鼠右耳肿胀,减少炎性细胞数量。结论甘草酸单铵乙醇脂质体凝胶对小鼠湿疹具有一定的治疗作用。
AIM To prepare ammonium glycyrrhizinate ethosomes gels and to evaluate its pharmacodynamics on mice with eczema. METHODS Ammonium glycyrrhizinate ethosomes were prepared by infusing method and characterized by shape, size, zeta potential, entrapment efficiency and transdermal diffusion of ammonium glycyr- rhizinate ethosomes gels in vitro. The mice with eczema were evaluated by swelling degree, weight difference of two ears, pathological change of right ear by HE staining. RESULTS Ammonium glycyrrhizinate ethosomes had particle distribute of (134 ±11.8) nm, a zeta potential of -7.10 mV, and entrapment efficiency of (79.59 ± 7.06) % . Ethosomes gels exhibited superior precutaneous rate and could decrease swelling degree and number of inflammatory cells. CONCLUSION Ammonium glycyrrhizinate ethosomes gels shows effective treatment on mice with chronic dermatitis eczema.
