摘要
目的以多项测定指标控制制剂质量,对归脾丸(当归、木香、党参、白术、炙黄芪、炙甘草、茯苓、远志、酸枣仁、龙眼肉、大枣)中的甘草酸与藁本内酯进行了定量测定研究。方法以乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸(37∶18∶45)为流动相,采用高效液相法,同时测定了归脾丸中甘草酸和藁本内酯。结果通过方法学考察,甘草酸的进样量在0.069 5~1.39μg(r=0.999 98);藁本内酯的进样量在0.083~0.664μg(r=0.999 99),与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。甘草酸的平均回收率为98.89%,RSD为0.68%(n=9);藁本内酯的平均回收率为98.96%,RSD为0.75%(n=9)。结论该方法测定归脾丸中甘草酸与藁本内酯简便、快捷、实用。
AIM To apply multiple parameter data to the assay of glycyrrhizic acid and ligustilide in Guipi Pill ( Angelicae sinensis Radix, Aucklandiae Radix, Codonopsis Radix, Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma, Astragali Radix Praeparata cum Melle, Glycyrrhizae Radix et. Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle, Poria, Polygalae Radix, Ziziphi spinosae Semen, Longan Arillus, Jujubae Fructus). METHODS The contents of glycyrrhizic acid and ligustilide in Guipi Pill were determined by HPLC, taking mixture of acetonitrile, methanol and 0. 1% phosphoric acid (37 : 18 : 45 ) as mobile phase. RESULTS The methodology showed that a good linear correlation existed in the ranges of 0. 069 5 - 1.39 μg ( r = 0. 999 98 ) for glycyrrhizic acid and 0. 083 - 0. 664 μg ( r = 0. 999 99) for ligustilide. The average recoveries of glycyrrhizic acid and ligustilide were 98.89% and 98.96% , respectively. RSDs were 0.68% (n = 9) and 0. 75% (n = 9), respectively. CONCLUSION The determination method of glycyrrhizic acid and ligustilide in Guipi Pill is simple, rapid and feasible.
