摘要
底涂的作用是极其重要的。采用正交试验法对热发泡树脂SQ990 1在磨面革底涂中的应用进行研究 ,使其达到成膜柔软、遮盖良好的目的。与阴、阳离子树脂进行底涂的对比结果表明 ,发泡树脂SQ990 1的底涂在遮盖、光泽度等方面的性能明显优于阴、阳离子树脂 ,在压花性、延伸性及柔软性方面稍差。经大量实验后 ,调整工艺热发泡树脂用量为 1 0 0份 (1 0 0 0份总量中 )SQ990 1时 ,效果趋于理想。研究对热发泡底涂的较理想工艺做了研究与说明。
The base coat is critically important to leather finishing. In this paper, to attain a soft film and good coverage on the surface of the leather the application of thermal foaming resin SQ9901 at the basecoat of buffed grain is studied by orthogolanity test. The results are compared with anionic and cationic resins at the basecoat. It is shown that the basecoat of thermal foaming resin SQ9901 has much better properties, such as covering and gloss degree, but is unsatisfied with embossing and extensibility and has the less softness than that of the anionic and cationic resin. After many experiments, nearly ideal portions, 100 parts (in total 1?000 parts) of SQ9901, are obtained. The ideal procedure basecoat is set out.
