摘要
以1 ,2 ,4 -三甲氧基苯为原料 ,经浓硝酸硝化和氯化亚锡还原合成2 ,4 ,5 -三甲氧基苯胺 ,收率达92%。经定量分析 ,含量为99.18 %。
Using 1,2,3-trimethoxy-benzene as material,2,4,5-trimethoxy-aniline was synthesized by direct nitration with concentrated nitric acid and by reduction with stannous chloride.The yield is 92%,and the content is 99.18% by quantitative analysis.
