多发创伤的骨折临床处理体会

Multiple Trauma Fracture Treatment

目的对多发创伤的骨折救治临床体会进行总结。方法收集2009年1月至2011年10月我院救治的60例多发创伤的骨折患者,对所有患者的临床资料进行统计分析,总结更为有效的处理方法。结果全组60例患者治愈57例,死亡3例,病死率5%。死亡原因:肺动脉栓塞1例,多脏器功能衰竭1例,严重颅脑损伤1例。结论给患者制定切实可行的治疗方案,及时、简单、可靠地固定,并且采用合理的护理措施是治疗多发创伤患者骨折的有效方式。

Objective To multiple trauma fracture treatment clinical experience summary.Methods 2009 January to 2011 October collected in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of multiple trauma patients with fracture,for all patients with clinical data for statistical analysis,summarize the more effective treatment methods. Results All the 60 patients were cured 57 cases,3 cases died, the mortality was 5%.Cause of death：pulmonary artery embolism in 1 cases, 1 cases of multiple organ failure,severe traumatic brain injury in 1 cases.Conclusion for patients to develop practical treatment options,simple,timely,reliably fixed,and using proper nursing measures are the treatment of multiple trauma patients with fractures is effective way.
