摘要
目的探讨风险管理在产房护理中的实施效果。方法分析产房存在的风险因素,健全风险管理制度,规范护理管理,培训护士风险防范的意识及能力,提高患者的风险防范意识。结果 2006、2007、2008年护理缺陷事故发生分别为3、1、0起,患者满意度由2006年1月80.3%上升至2008年12月的99.35%。结论加强护理风险管理,利于提高护理质量,促进护理安全。
Objective Discussion on risk management in delivery room nursing application. Methods Analysis of the risk factors of delivery,perfect risk management system,standardize nursing management,training nurses risk means and ability,improve patients＇ awareness of risks. Results 2000,2007,2008,the nursing defects of accidents is respectively 3,1,0,patient satisfaction from 2006 January up to 80.3% 2008 December 99.35%.Conclusion Strengthen nursing risk management,improve nursing quality,the promotion of nursing safety.
