摘要
本文用放射免疫法测定男型秃发84例,斑秃39例及正常对照116例的血浆睾酮和雌二醇水平。结果表明:男型秃发、斑秃及正常对照的血浆睾酮和雌二醇水平无显著性差别。(P<0.05)。本文提示:睾酮在男型秃发发病机制上不起重要作用。
Radioacttve immunization (RIA) was used to determine the level of te-stosterone and estradiol in serum of 84 patients with male pattern alpecia,39 patients with alopecia areata and 116 normal individuals were as control.The results showed that there was no significant difference on the level of te-stosterone and estradiol in serum between male pattern alopecia and alopec-is areata and normal controls (P>0.05).The present results indicated thatthe testosteron did not play an important role in causing male pattern aolp-ecia
