膝关节腘窝肿物的MRI表现

The MRI appearance of Masses in the Popliteal fossa of the Knee

目的探讨发生于膝关节腘窝肿物的MRI影像特征。方法对50例经手术病理证实的膝关节腘窝肿物的MRI表现,进行回顾性分析并与病理结果对照。结果囊性肿物32例(包括Baker囊肿21例、腱鞘囊肿7例、半月板囊肿4例)均表现为液体的信号特点,实性肿物18例(包括腱鞘巨细胞瘤6例,滑膜骨软骨瘤病4例、血管瘤及滑膜肉瘤各2例、脂肪瘤及神经鞘瘤各1例、血肿2例)MRI信号特征各异,且与各肿物组织病理成分相关。结论 MRI能清晰显示腘窝肿物的形态、大小及与周围组织的关系,多数腘窝肿物MRI信号具有一定的特征性。

Objective To study the MRI features of the masses in the popliteal fossa.Methods MRI images of 50 cases with popliteal fossa masses were retrospectively reviewed and compared with histopathology.Results 32 cystic lesions,including Baker＇s cysts 21,ganglion cysts 7,meniscal cysts 4,showed fluid signal characteristics.18 solid lesions,including giant-cell tumor of tendon sheath 6,synovial osteochondromatosis 4,hemangioma 2,synovial sarcoma 2,lipoma 1,schwannoma 1,haematoma 2,varied widely in appearance,consistent with the different histopathological subtypes.Conclusion MRI can clearly show the morphous,size,relationship of masses,as well as surrounding tissues of popliteal fossa masses.Most of masses exhibit typical appearance.
