摘要
目的解决《临床检验》尿液检验实验实训课中缺乏尿管型多种类型、多形态性实物,影响直观教学效果和质量的困难。方法收集经临床检验后含有管型的多份尿液标本,采用相应的保存液进行为期一年的保存,并对尿液管型进行保存前后的对照试验。结果保存后的尿液管型无溶解、无皱缩、无肿胀,经显微镜观察形态、质地与保存前无明显差异。结论经保存的尿液管型用于《临床检验》实验实训课教学中,弥补了挂图、图片、CAI课件等教具缺乏真实性、直观性、单一性的不足,增强了学生实践学习的可操作性。
Objective Solve the "clinical test" urine testing in the experimental teaching,the lack of multi--types of catheter--based, multi--form intuitive kind of teaching,the impact of the urine tube to overcome the effects and quality of teaching difficulties. Methods Collected by the test tube containing the number of urine specimens,using the appropriate preservation solution to preserve for one year,and urine before and after the save type of controlled trials. Results Save the results of the urine tube after the non-- dissolved,non--shrink,non--swelled,observed by microscope morphology,texture and preservation of the former was no significant difference. Conclusions Conclusion The preservation of the urine test--tube experiments for clinical teaching,to make up the wall charts,pictures,CAI courseware for teaching aids,such as the lack of authenticity,intuitive.uniformity,and enhance student learning operativeness.
