皮肤病患者的心理特征及治疗初探

皮肤病患者因皮损直观、暴露及难愈,常情绪低沉、抑郁。瘙痒使病人烦躁或极度痛苦,剧痒易产生恐惧、绝望心理。外用各色药物病人常出现害羞、自责心态。心理治疗应消除各种有害的社会心理因素,家庭和朋友应提供同情、理解、关心和支持,以减少心理应力致病作用,达到新的心理平衡。这对与精神有关的皮肤病的治疗有着积极意义。

This article described that mental retardation, melancholia might usu-ally present in patients with dermatoses for the exposed and hardly healinglesions.Pruritus might cause the patients exciting, dysphoria or extreme-ly agong,severe and uncontrolled pruritus was easily to cause terror anddespair.It usually made the patients shamed and self-accusation during topi-cal medication with different colours used on the skin surface.Theauthor considered that psychological therapy should dispel various socialemotional factors.Social support, concern, sympathy and comprehensionshould be supplied by the family and the friends, especially by the medi-cal workers.The pathogenic effect of the 'psychological stress'mightthus be decreased, and a new emotional balance could be established.Itmight be helpful for improving the treatment of the dermatoses, especiallythose related with some psychological factors.
