摘要
以Si粉和Mo粉为原料,采用反应烧结-热压烧结二步法得到了Si_3N_4-MoSi_2复合材料,并对材料进行了力学性能和X-射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究。认为:Si_3N_4-MoSi_2复合材料的高韧性与材料的相组成、显微结构、裂纹扩展方式及应力诱导开裂等有关。
The Si3N4-MoSi2 composite was prepared from silicon and molybehenum powders by the reaction-hot press sintering method. The mechanic properties and the phase compositions as well as the microstructures of the samples were studied by using mechanic measurement, scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was thought that the toughening mechanism is related to the phase composition and microstructure of the ceramic and the mode of crack diffusion as well as the inducted stress in the ceramic.
