舒康凝胶联合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎效果观察被引量：1

摘要目的研究舒康凝胶与甲硝唑联合用药治疗老年性阴道炎的效果.方法将245例确诊为老年性阴道炎的患者分为对照组120例和实验组125例,对照组给予舒康凝胶局部用药,实验组采用舒康凝胶与甲硝唑联合用药进行治疗,对两组疗效进行分析.结果治疗1个疗程后（7天）观察疗效,实验组治愈率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=32.91,P〈0.01）.治疗1个月后随访实验组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.67,P〈0.01）.结论舒康凝胶与甲硝唑联合用药治疗老年性阴道炎效果满意,可减少复发.
