摘要 通过在聚合过程中加入第 2种子乳液 ,制备出了具有二元分散粒径分布的乳液 ,研究了第 2种子乳液量对乳液粒径及粒径分布的影响。实验结果表明 ,通过改变第 2种子乳液的量可以调节乳液的粒径及粒径分布。当大粒子质量分数为 80 %时 ,乳液粘度最小。通过粒径分布的多分散化 。 Polymer latices with bi modal particle size distribution were prepared by introducing a second seed into a semi continuous emulsion polymerization. The effects of the amount of second seed on the particle size, size distribution of the latex and its viscosity were investigated.It was found that a minimum viscosity of the multi sized polymer latex would present at the weight fraction of large particles around 80%.It was demonstrated that the minimum film forming temperature of latex could be reducd by enlarging the dispersity of particle size distribution.
