简要介绍了聚氨酯弹性地板材料的原料、制备方法、性能、施工工艺及研究进展。聚氨酯地板材料包括：预成型地板片材或地板砖，现场浇注的冷熟化双组分及单组分无缝地板材料，无溶剂喷涂成型无缝地板材料等。
The raw materials, preparation, performance, technique, advance of polyurethane flooring materials are discussed. Polyuethane flooring materials include precasting polyurethane flooring sheet and tiles , cold casting one or twocomponent polyurethane seamless flooring materials, and polyurethane seamless flooring materials using spraying technique.
