摘要 根据高压配电网的分层结构特点,建立了三层多代理故障恢复模型,并将故障恢复过程分成四个阶段,即变电站内恢复、配电网内恢复、全网恢复和远程恢复。各层代理按照预定的步骤,逐步生成各阶段的故障恢复方案。分阶段的故障恢复优先考虑用最近的电源恢复最多的停电负荷,减小了故障影响范围。详细阐述了各层代理的作用和行为,给出三层多代理模型实现故障恢复的协调过程,介绍了基于JADE的故障恢复多代理系统设计和实现方法,并以某实际配电网络的故障恢复结果验证了方法的有效性。 A multiple agents based three-layer fault restoration model is presented according to the hierarchical architecture of high voltage distribution networks. In this model the fault restoration process is divided into four stages, i.e., restoration in substation, restoration in distribution network, restoration in whole system and remote restoration. Thus, these agents at each layer produce the restoration scheme at each stage step by step based on the scheduled procedure. This scheme restores the lost loads as many as possible using the nearest power sources preferentially and hence reduces the influence of faults. The details on the behavior and function of all kind of agents, the coordination process among agents at each layer and design and implementation of this multi-agent system using JADE are elaborated. The restoration result in a real distribution network demonstrates the effectiveness of this proposed method.
