曼月乐预防子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜下切除术后复发的临床分析 被引量:19

Clinical analysis of Mirena in the prevention of recrudescent after hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy

摘要 目的分析曼月乐在预防子宫内膜息肉(Endometrial polyp,EMP)宫腔镜下切除术后复发中的应用价值。方法将60例行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术的患者分为两组,曼月乐组和对照组各30例,前瞻性分析两组患者的子宫内膜息肉复发情况。结果曼月乐组无息肉复发,对照组有4例息肉复发,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曼月乐能预防宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术后息肉复发。 Objective To analyze clinical application value of Mirena in the prevention of recrudescent after hysteroscopic endometfial polypectomy. Methods Sixty cases with reerudescent after hysteroseopic endometrial polypectomy were divided into two groups as Mirena group and control group. Prospective analysis was made to the data of reerudeseent in hysteroscopy endometrial polypectomy in 60 cases. Results No polyp took place in Mirena group, while 4 examples of polyp took place in control group. The difference was statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Mirena can prevent recrudescent in hysteroscopy endometrial polypectomy.
