目的血管平滑肌瘤病(intravenous leiomyomatosis,IVL)是一种罕见疾病,其发病特点是临床表现不具特异性,容易引起误诊,给患者带来极大损害。本文主要对其相关文献予以综述,以期为本病的诊断和临床处理提供参考。

Intravenous leiomyomatosis（IVL） was a rare disease and its onset characteristics was that clinical manifestations was nonspecific so that it was easy to cause the misdiagnosis and made patients suffered great damage. This paper had mainly reviewed on its relevant documents and expected to provide reference for its diagnosis and clinical treatment.
