摘要
利用雌激素化小鼠阴道上皮和鼠尾鳞片表皮研究了三种石蒜碱衍生物抗银屑病药效作用。见到单乙酰石蒜碱、双乙酰石蒜碱和二氢石蒜碱均显著地抑制上皮细胞有丝分裂,作用与氨甲喋呤相仿。三种衍生物与氨甲喋呤均促进表皮颗粒层形成,其中二氢石蒜碱的作用比氨甲喋呤强。与氨甲喋呤和二氢石蒜碱不同,单乙酰石蒜碱和双乙酰石蒜碱均显著提高小鼠外周血中T淋巴细胞的百分比。
The authors employed mouse vaginal epithelium and scale epiderm is ofmouse tail as experimental models to study the anti-psoriatic pharmacody-namic effects of 3 kinds of lycorine derivative, in comparison with that ofMTX. The results showed that monoacetyl lycorine, diacetyl lycorine,dihydrolycorine and MTX all significantly inhibitcd epithclial mitosiswell as promoted formation of epidermal granular layer. The granular layerpromoting effect of dihydrolycorine was stronger than that of MTX. In con-trast to both MTX and dihydrolycorine, nionoacetyl lycorine as well as dia-cetyl lycorine significantly raised the percentage of peripheral T-lympho-cyte in mouse.
