Developing Typical Economic Plates and Optimizing the Industrial Layout of Developing Cities ——A Case study of Nanning

发展中城市各区域资源禀赋各不相同,传统优势产业各有千秋,但是,事实上并未能实现优势互补,各区域相互间竞争大于合作,普遍存在产业散而小、多而乱和同质化严重等诸多问题。南宁市在发展经济特色板块过程中,应科学谋划全市产业布局,合理确定各区、县差异化的经济发展任务,重构包括产业布局指标在内的考核体系,全市统筹、分类指导,城市各区域错位发展,职能部门联动督查。

The resources endowment and the traditional superior industries of developing cities vary from one to another,but there are still a wide range of small-scaled industries which are scattered,disordered and homogenized.The article attempts to cite plenty of arguments to expose the numerous problems in the development of Nanning distinctive economy, then analyzes the causes, and in the end, argues for a series of solutions, which include establishment of city-level organization classification guidance, coordinate development, active staggered development and joint supervisions among different functional departments in different districts and counties.
