摘要
香港职业训练局提出的"全人发展"教育理念,经过多年的实践和完善,把人的全面发展、潜能的充分发挥和人格的完善作为教育追求的目标,得到了社会、家庭和学生的广泛认同。通过分析"全人发展"教育理念的内涵和教育内容,指出其"以人为本,全人发展"的育人目标、教育内容的针对性、教育方法的可操作性和有效性、重视职业意识、重视职业道德、重视师资队伍建设、重视校园文化建设、重视教育评价机制建设等理念,对高职院校职业素质教育具有借鉴意义。
After years of practicing and improving the whole-person development education concept, Hong Kong Vocational Training Council aims at students' all-round development, full play of their potentials and their sound personality,which is widely identified by communities,families and students. The article analyzes the intensions and education contents of whole-person development education concept,and suggests that the training objective of people orientation and whole-person development, pertinence of education contents, the maneuverability and effectiveness teaching methods along with the emphasis placed on vocational consciousness, vocational ethics, teaching contingent construction,campus culture construction and education evaluation system construction provide reference for quality-oriented vocational education in vocational colleges.
