摘要
分别以氧化硫硫杆菌和多功能硫杆菌为分子识别元件,制备了硫化物和亚硫酸盐微生物电极;研究了温度、缓冲体系、缓冲溶液浓度和pH值对电极的影响;测试了两种菌株所制电极的线性范围、响应时间、精密度及其选择性;实验证明,电极的响应时间为3~6分钟,以氧化硫硫杆菌为分子识别元件的电极选择性好,它对S^(2-)的线性范围为0.06~3.0mg/L,对SO_3^(2-)的线性范围为0.7~32mg/L;用该电极测定几种合成水样中S^(2-)和SO_3^(2-)的含量,其回收率为93.8~105.0%。
Using Thiobacillus thioxidans and one strain of facultative Thiobacillus as the discerning component of molecule separately, the microbial electrodes for sulfide and sulfite were prepared. Effects of temperature,buffer solution,pH and the buffer solution concentration were observed. The linear range, response time, precision and the selectivity of electrodes by different strain were tested. The experiments indicated that the response time is 3-6min. The selectivity of the electrode prepared by Thiobacillus thioxidans was better than that by facultative Thiobacillus,and the linear range is 0. 06-3.0mg/L for sulfide, and 0. 7~32mg/L for sulfite. The content of sulfide and sulfite in water samples were determined by the better electrode,and the recovery rates were 93. 8-105. 0%.
