颈后路椎弓根钉技术治疗寰枢椎创伤性失稳 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨颈后路椎弓根钉技术治疗寰枢椎创伤性失稳临床效果及操作技巧。方法对17例创伤性寰枢椎失稳患者行颈后路椎弓根钉一棒复位固定、椎板后弓植骨。结果随访3~43(9±3.1)个月,未发生并发症,复位良好,序列稳定;无内固定松动、断裂、植骨块移位;骨折愈合好,植骨渐进融合。术后颈部症状完全消失,受损颈髓神经功能明显改善。结论经寰枢椎椎弓根钉内固定是治疗寰枢椎创伤性失稳的一种安全有效的方法。
