摘要
采用PxLog2Px计算出设计的苯和放射职业人员及正常人(对照组)的外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变、SCE实验信息。通过分析,该法中的相对熵、剩余度指标比常规统计方法中P值作出的判断推理更为客观细致,且计算简便,易于掌握。
The entropy is a thermodynamic dimention which is used to measure the energy of asubstance system in the distribution orders that evaluates the degrees of uncertainty in a substance.The present experiment used the formula-PxLog Px to calculate the chromosomal aberration of periphenal Iymphocyte and SCE experments information of normal people(control group) and members who are engaged in benzene and radiological exposure.According to analysis of these data.the relative entropy and r esidual value are more objective entropy and accuratein evaluative experments than the P value in conventional statistical method.This menthod is simple in calculation and grasped easily.
