慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清CA125、BNP水平变化及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清CA125、B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平与心功能变化及左室射血分数(LVEF)的关系及临床意义。方法:94例患者按NYHA分级标准分为心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级组,测定血清CA125、BNP水平及左室内径及LVEF值,另选取55例同期心功能正常(NYHAⅠ级)的心血管患者为对照组。结果:①CHF组血清CA125、BNP水平明显高于对照组,心功能Ⅳ级组>Ⅲ级组>Ⅱ级组,治疗后CA125、BNP水平随心衰好转而显著下降(P<0.01);②CA125、BNP水平与左室射血分数(LVEF)呈负相关,与左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)呈正相关。结论:血清CA125水平和血浆BNP一样对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的早期诊断、疗效评估及预后判断有重要临床意义。
